I started bringing my car here a year ago and I love the service they give.They are always polite and direct and to the point. Im always in a hurry aand they never waist my time. They are always willing to explain all services that were peformed, answer my questions, and are all very knowledgeable service reps.
The ONLY 2 times i had called for information or help and they were really rude and didnt have time for the customer on the phone -me, and had me wait for ever, and they are just not on the ball! consider the kent location, extremely helpful and very kind to my needs.
