Bad at listening. Almost pressured me into work I couldn't legally or financially authorize. Made a very expensive hole in my wall/ceiling to diagnose a problem that was obvious enough from other, less invasive angles. Wouldn't assist with the simpler repairs. Two stars because at least they seemed legitimately concerned.
I had asked for Jackie’s help finishing a project I started that I wasn’t up to finishing on my own I was very overwhelmed. She came to give a quote and I was very excited bc she gave me different options and some helpful advice. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about.
