I’m not going to lie. I was in a lot of pain one weekend and I looked around for a therapist with good reviews that were still open! It was only when I went to see Sean that day that I learn of the therapy called the Bowen technique. Sean is an amazingly intuitive therapist. He puts time in to understand what you need. Sean provides a clam welcoming safe environment and explains what he is doing. Would recommend to anyone
I was suffering with severe sciatic nerve pain, whereby a an X-ray showed bulging disk impeding in the sciatic nerve. I was at my wits end, having been to physio, taken a course of anti-inflammatory tablets - a friend of mine gave me Seans’ contact details, from Bowen Therapy in Cleveland. I am please to report that after just 4 sessions, this awful sciatic shooting pain, has settled right down, and I am once again able to function in my normal day to day routines.
