Bowens was very professional & friendly. Came to repair my refrigerator quickly. It was a Friday and they needed to come back on Saturday to complete, and would have come back if I had let them. But it was the weekend, and finishing my repairs could wait til Monday.Benjie worked from start to finish. I highly recommend.
For customer service I would give a 0 if I could. Spoke with someone on the phone. An they were extremely rude! If I'm in need of anything I know I wouldn't go here.
Can’t speak on the quality of work, but the one star is for customer service. Made an appointment for washing machine, tech said he could come see it the same day but it would be that afternoon. Ok, no problem. He said he would call when he was on the way, so I made sure I was in place at home at noon. By 4:00, I still hadn’t heard from the office and called them.
