I can see why they get such bad reviews. Very rude office staff.
Waited for over an hour and a half for "urgent" care. Ridiculous. Many other choices for urgent care in the area.
I used to really enjoy Bowen Primary when I would use it for walk in service, however, the receptionist today deemed it necessary to treat me very poorly. I had bad call reception on the first call so she got frustrated and hung up on me without warning. Second call after I tried to talk to her she spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Unfortunately will not be going back here, my previous Dr left his practice so I was going to make this my new one.
I have been going here for years with no problens and scheduled an appointment for a physical a month in advance, left my new job early for the appointment and the lady at the front said I wasn't scheduled. Wasn't helpful at all and didn't even offer to schedule me another appointment. I understand people make mistakes but when it comes to the doctor and people leaving work early it becomes a big deal!
