Friendly staff and a convenient location. But if you’re a semi-light sleeper, you’ll have a hard time here. The floor shakes when your next-door neighbors walk. The ceiling pounds when your upstairs neighbors walk. You hear your neighbors shower. It sounds like a stampede when people use the stairs and exterior corridor. The lower price isn’t worth getting only a couple hours of sleep.

Great spot! It’s your basic motel, nothing fancy at all- floors are a little creaky, a little worn around the edges- but it is CLEAN and there’s a fridge and microwave in the room which was super convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing hands down is the LOCATION!!! Smack in the middle of everything… coffee shops, restaurants, post office are all just a block or two away. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, quick and easy, no-frills stay in Moab.

Nice accommodations, however, we paid over $450 for 2 nights in mid October. The most we've been charged on this trip.

Uninspired reception staff both at check in and check out. Felt like they were doing you a favor. Rooms were a good size, though strangely in ours (a 3 bed one), the sink was outside the bathroom. They have a range of amenities but no body wash, though they do offer ear plugs as they’re on the Main Street and you do hear the street noise. It’s very well located to walk to a whole range of restaurants and cafes but make sure you reserve or go 20-30mins in advance as most are full and you’ll have to wait.
