This review is super overdue and we promised Casey we’d leave a review. Mazda service centres in general are my worst nightmare, and I have strong distaste for almost all of them. However this one was different. While on a lap of Aus last year we had a knocking in the steering rack in our 2024 BT50. We called Bowen Mazda while we travelled up from Airlie. Do not go these scammers. Booked in a regular service with 2 items extra to check over. Which would be included in the car service checks. Quoted a completely different amount to what was charged. Over $200 extra charged for “labor” on checks that were already included in the service. Went in to discuss and was faced with terrible customer service. Absolutely no valid explanation either multiple excuses for the over charges. Taken advantage of and will never return. Steer clear!
I live in Airlie but get my new Mitsubishi ASX serviced there, not where I purchased it. They are an authorised service agent and I keep my warranty. Why do I travel that far to get my pride and joy serviced? Easy...Shaun and his team treat my new car like it is their own. Cannot fault their service. Full Stop. They look after my car better than the dealer that sold it to me. I wont go anywhere else now that I have had the 5 star treatment from them!

Excellent service, I was travelling with my Family through to Brisbane on a tight time frame. A DPF issue started in Cairns and we could not get anyone at such short notice to help. We had almost given up and were fingers crossed that we would make it back to Brisbane, the car was running poorly and was drinking fuel. Bowen Mazda was able to save the day a loan car and 3 hours later and we were back on the road. We would have stayed in Bowen longer it was beautiful. Thanyou Bowen Mazda.
