Ada is the best physiotherapist! I hurt my neck snowboarding and she was able to fix me in just one visit and provided me with a good treatment plan. I found the IMS treatment very effective- will be recommending my friends and family!
I decided to treat myself on a short vacation to the island and was glad I did. Had an amazing massage from Anna. I will visit again for sure next time on the island.

Superb massage experience with Kim Howden. Her knowledge and intuition quickly identified issues in my body that I hadn’t remembered to mention but that needed attention. Her presence is personable and welcoming, and she is appropriately focused concerning task and time. She employed a range of support equipment (table incline, bolsters, etc) with impressive skill and ease. I felt feeling absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Kim.
