Had eye surgery with Dr Keith Small. Felt like a VIP while here, my nerves were running wild and the staff were great. Don't have one bad thing to say about my experience here. Dr Small is a wonderful surgeon and I dont remember a single bit of pain after the procedure. The whole theater team were great also. Chatting and making me feel comfortable. I was only here for a few hours but it was memorable for the right reasons. Thanks Bowen Hospital.

I underwent surgery with Dr Woo-Sung Kim that was performed without the necessary expertise. The outcome left me in significant pain and ultimately led to a total hip replacement at just 31 years old. Throughout the complaints process, Bowen Hospital has been unhelpful and reluctant to provide information about how my concerns were reviewed or handled.
