LINDA the Rudest receptionist ever encountered. Hanged up on me couple of times. And I was accussed of being rude. Just for checking an appointment. Regarding a workers compensation claim. Dont go to this medical centre. Definitetly needs more training regarding soft skills and customer service experience.

Really good and caring drs here. It's not bulk billed so it's expensive but the doctors are good and follow up on you.

I went to see Dr Matthew McLean today for the first time as my usual GP at another clinic was fully booked. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful Dr. Maclean was! He was thorough, asked me a lot of questions and was also very kind!! I will definitely be going back to him next time I am unwell. It’s rare these days to find such a lovely and helpful GP! Thank you Matthew.
