Mike is always professional and courteous while repairing the unit. He is prompt in the response time and is very careful not to tract mud or dirt into the house. He always returns anything he had to move to its original place. He fixed the unit in no time and it was running and cooling us off within minutes. Thank you Mike for being so prompt in answering our urgent call for our A/C repair! Great to see you as always.
