I was treated like I mattered and my health matters would highly recommend.. Bailey listened to me done test and made sure I understood everything about my test and went over what we needed to do to get better and back on track...very clean place and the staff was on point with my paperwork and very friendly .
Ellen OTP was so nice! I just moved to Colombia City 2 days ago & she helped me get a MAT appt & my twin girls a primary care doctor! so grateful for her. Very kind woman! Thank you, Ellen : )

Their generic copy and pasted generic response to my comment proves my point event further. I was referred to them by the school. I told them I was uncomfortable with their services because I used to work their and I’m familiar with their pushy tactics when someone has Medicaid (my daughter was adopted from foster care, so she qualifies for a lot of billable hours). Back in early 2023 when I went to the CC location when they were still by the court house it was nice. But I went in the beginning of this year to see psychiatrist just because my ex suggested me to. The first appointment I felt very dismissed. He was speaking more for me than I could. He was was not hearing me out whatsoever. He was saying I had PTSD symptoms but never diagnosed me with it.
