I went to MD. Gerald Greer looking for a doctor that would be patient and listen. He did, and I thought I had found my new doctor. Well, it came to follow up on my blood work. I got the results and needed new medication. After 3 or 4 emails to the nurses chat line, I finally spoke to someone, don't know if she was a nurse or not. The review below was 3 months ago & if I could change my 1☆ rating to a 0☆ rating I would. I've tried several times to contact someone at the number Bowen gave me in their ridiculously empty apologetic reply to my criticism but I've never gotten a response. Again today, Bowen fails me. My pharmacy has tried to contact Anthony Centliver for additional information regarding a refill. As usual, Mr. Centliver has not responded to their requests. I've been going to Bowen Health Care Center on Rudisill in Ft. Wayne for 1½ years & still have not seen an MD or a DO. I have great deal of respect for NPs but I have some significant issues & I believe I need to see a doctor at least occasionally. I gave up on general medical care 6 months ago & I'm now seeing a DO elsewhere who I'm happy with. However, I'm still seeing a NP for my mental health issues. Bimala is the worst doctor I've ever had in my entire life for addiction recovery. I'm on a mood stabililizer (non narcotic) that's extremely important to my mental health and the other staff has sent in multiple messages that I need a refill, and she told me she sent it in a week ago. She has not and hasn't responded to the other staffs many messages. I've now been off my meds for 2 days.
