I love this place. It's been very helpful to my military trauma and my children also go there and we have no issues, I'm even getting a provider there for me and my son.
In the beginning, I thought I was really going to get somewhere. However, at my last appointment, my therapist was busy typing something unrelated to my case and even got up to clean her office all while I was speaking. I have left multiple messages for a supervisor who has never bothered to call me back. As of now, I have no therapist. I don't even know if I should try someone there or not. I felt like I was in an assembly line. Prior concerns from last appointment were not addressed, didn't feel like my actual mental health or situation was important. Very much felt like "ask these required questions, up the meds, and get this guy out of here." For what im paying (150+ AFTER insurance for a 15 min appointment!?), this is absolutely unacceptable. Literally nothing about this appointment was new other than "we have no updates on your referral and weird your script didnt go through... lets do the exact same thing... read more
