Cindy works magic, improving my quality of life..
I was gifted some Bowen therapy sessions from my parents with Cynthia to help get my shoulders back in order from over working them and it’s helped so much! No more pain and tightness! She also graciously helped me with my posture a bit and helped give me a few practical workout routines to strengthen and straighten out my hips and shoulders! Great work done here!
She worked on my 3 week old and myself postpartum and it helped tremendously with nursing. He also slept so good the days he had an appointment. Definitely recommend!!

My experience at Bowen Health is amazing. I have went in with intolerable pain and came out with pain around a 2. Ms Bowen is an awesomely friendly person and the office and massage rooms are very comfortable. I would recommend ongoing treatment for amazing results
