WARNING!!! Do not go here!!! I went to this dental facility as a new patient. I was told I had gum disease and would lose my teeth by the time I was 40 (I’m 26) if I didn’t get a deep cleaning which involves ~$2,000 over the course of 4 appointments. I was also told I had 4 cavities, but then later in the appointment I was told I had 6. I was so terrified I was going to lose my teeth so I set up an appointment in a couple weeks because we needed pre-authorization for the deep cleaning. I moved to SoCal in 2009… it is now 2021 and I’ve been seeing Dr Bowen for a couple months now. Every dentist I visited before Dr Bowen were horrible experiences to say the least. I always felt like I was a 20 minute time slot on someone else’s schedule. Every office had multiple Doctors so I never got to see the same Dentist twice and I was never able to feel like they cared for me for anything other then just another insurance company to squeeze money out of! I donot recommend this dental office to anyone, while I was with one of my friend who was the patient, I saw the assistant Name Venessa putting on a gloves which already was used ,And she was going in and out the room with the same gloves and put her hand in my friends mouth, terrible and unacceptable in a medical field.
