I found Zane and his team to be very professional who are particular when adhering to safety standards. They did require pre payment for materials and deposit however final payment was only paid once I was satisfied with the job. I personally believe this is fair. They are great local builders who may not be the fastest but they ensure the job is done properly. I would highly recommend them.
Good service, good people and done a good job
Zane Bowen took payment to start some work for me, then requested another payment to purchase some materials and never returned after 9 months of excuses and promises. Took him to court and got a judgement against him, which he has failed to pay.
