Our entire medical community is absolutely cracked.. and the Bowen Center in Columbia City is no exception. Be prepared to take your mental health in your own hands. If you are seeking drugs, this is your place.. if you are seeking actual care, referrals to other facilities, or detox from other over-prescribing psychiatrist, this is not the place for you. Alex at the front desk has been amazing and super helpful. She brought hope to us and the situation we are forced into using this center.
I gave one star because I can’t give zero stars. They put me on medication that should be tapered off. Promised to call in refills but didn’t. Hopefully I won’t end up in the hospital from their negligence.
It's ridiculous. Maybe only one therapist here I trust. They are there to get paid, not help
Send me a postcard in the mail saying my families data had been accessed in a breach and to send in my information? for thr class action lawsuit and want me to pay for postage? For real? If this doesn't show how ridiculous this place is, I don't know what will.
