Item not received after 2 months and limited contact from them. No refund has been received. Apparently the parcel was found but it's been 2 weeks since then and the parcel was only meant to be 20 min away. No response when i asked who has it so i could pick it up instead of wait for it to supposedly be delivered. I got no response from Bowens until i wrote this review. I don't like writing bad reviews but i feel it's valid in this circumstance.
