Had issues with my Fiat Ducato and by good fortune contacted Bowen Automotive and met Brodie. He is the most helpful honest mechanic I've ever met in my 71 years. Happy cheerful and sorted out my Fiat problems. Thanks 100%
Wonderful customer service. Honest and reliable they are my go to for anything mechanical. Get straight and honest answers. I personally only deal with these lovely people. Highly recommended, the down side is cause they are good at what they do, they are booked out. Best to go and see them and talk to them depending on the job they may be able to squeeze you in.
Brilliant work on my Landcruiser panel job
I have been taking my car to Dave & Leanne at Bowen Automotive for nearly 2yrs. I get it regularly serviced & anytime I have a small issue, Dave will obligingly repair it as soon as possible, even though he's up to his neck in work. He's a wonderful man who will put himself out to get your car back on the road asap. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Dave & Leanne are a very friendly & professional couple who put your needs first.
I had to put my car in here for an assessment through the insurance company. I was going OS for 4 1/2 weeks just after leaving it there, and it expecting to know on return...or hopefully prior...what the outcome was to be. However, I was told when I called upon returning, that it had been 'in the too hard basket ' and nothing had been done. Not good enough!! Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never return and will be letting everyone know why.
