Service writers are great but they are under staffed when it comes to the actual mechanics. If you have a problem that needs diagnosis, best to go elsewhere.
Lisa Trower was wonderful with her customer service, very helpful, and personable. I appreciate how well she treated me throughout the process.
We made an appointment to have a tire replaced. Drop it off early, never hear anything, try calling and nobody answers. Leave a voicemail, no callback. We drive over to find out what is going on around 3pm. There's nobody in the Service area, walk up front the sales associate argues there is... walk back and he says he'll call him. Turns out they never checked the early drop off box and therefore never checked the vehicle in. I'll give them he offered to try to rush it but then it's a two day lead time on the tire.
