We had a bad experience with this store. We purchased a pellet stove from them. They forgot to order it - delaying the purchase by weeks. They never returned calls and even raised the installation price by $1000 claiming the cost of the liner (a $400 part). We had it installed by another dealer for $600 less. Beware
