A few weeks later, I noticed a leak that quickly got worse and called them hoping they could help. Bowden managed our carport conversion to a living room. He met the timeline and all "extra" costs were legitimate changes out of his control. Good communicator via text. Would recommend!
Avoid Bowden Construction Services at all costs! My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. They failed to pay their subcontractors, which resulted in $80,000 worth of liens being placed on my home. On top of that, they caused extensive damage to the property, leaving me with a financial and legal mess to clean up. If you want a contractor who is honest, reliable, and does quality work—this is NOT the company for you. Stay far away!
