We built two homes with Bowden as the contractor. It was a real pleasure to work with him on both occasions. He is very organized and stays on top of everything at the home site. He is connected with the best subcontractors and follows their work closely. He keeps a detailed spreadsheet file that he updates regularly. This made it easy for us to always know where we were in the process and helped us keep a detailed track of expenses. I don't know if we'll build again, but if we do, we wouldn't want any other contractor.
Overall, it was an amazing experience having Bowden Boshears as the contractor for our new house. Not only is he the most organized contractor I can imagine, he possesses a high level of creative thinking which I believe is very essential when building a custom home.
