Isuzu is a powerful market leader in truck sales worldwide. It is the world's largest diesel engine manufacturer, the largest truck builder and Japan's oldest vehicle manufacturer. The Bowater Motor Group was formed in the late 1940's as a mechanical and auto electrical service when local man Raymond Bowater returned home to Nelson after serving in the Second World War. The site was in central Nelson at the back of the building that is now the Suburban Bus depot.

Had an awesome experience purchasing late model SUV from Bowater. Very helpful guys with the new purchase and nothing was a problem. Definitely going back and buy another car from this company.
Was on holiday and the car failed a WOF, the team at Bowater were very accommodating and got the issue booked in and sorted. Car came back all fixed up and clean. Highly recommended
