I didn’t learn my first lesson with this clown GC. Still owed money for a CPS project 6 months ago. Still owed money for another CPS project 3 months ago. Keep it BOWA. I really don’t care anymore. Clearly you need it more than I do. Good luck.
Our experience working with this company has been very disappointing. They have shown a pattern of not paying their subcontractors and suppliers on time, creating unnecessary financial strain for those who complete the work and deliver materials as agreed.
