FOUR PAWS UP!! I fell in love with Nissa's work the first time I took my Shih tzu to "The Bow Wow pet Boutique. If Nissa is not available, I will not allow anyone to touch my baby. i would reccommend her to anyone who desires quality work at an affordable price. She takes her time and pays attention to detail!!! Great place!! Nissa if your reading this I need an appt...lol

Big or small, Nissa does it all! Nissa did a great job with my G.S.D and my terrier mix. The bathing and nail trimming is done properly. The dogs aren't afraid of the shop (I stopped patronizing another groomer when my very friendly terrier was crouching and tucking her tail with her ears back upon reaching the door) this doesn't happen at Bow Wow so I know they're treated well when they're there. I would recommend their services and will continue to use Nissa as a groomer.

Bow Wow Pet Boutique is wonderful!!! Nissa is FANTASTIC!! We have taken our long haired cat there and she does a beautiful job on Lola Bean. Our Lola is a little on the curvacious side and sometimes gets matted as she is a little too large to groom herself properly (and also hisses at the brush when we attempt to correct the problem ourselves!). Bow Wow Pet Boutique is GREAT!!! They are great! Very clean and did a great job on my Persian cat and her super cute lion cut. The staff members are great and very friendly. I was able to stay with my cat while the grooming took place and the bath. Great place!! I would tell anyone to take your pets to Bow Wow

Re: Your "neighbors" shih tzus Hello my name is Nissa and I am the owner of the Bow-Wow Boutique. I am completely shocked that someones "neighbor" would go on a website and write a review about a business they have never used themselves. These dogs were not even her dogs. The only time I would ever shave a dog is at the clients request or when the dogs hair is so matted I have no other choice and then I ALWAYS let the client know. Bow Wow Pet Boutique is pawfect Nissa and her staff are great, we have been with her for over 4 years. She does a great job and have recommended her to others. We have her do her nails every 5 weeks and then baths when needed and every summer she gets her summer hair cut.

Bow Wow Pet Boutique I would not recommend this grooming establishment to anyone who cares for and loves their dogs. Our neighbors took their two Shih tzus to get groomed in the middle of winter and when they returned to pick up their dogs the dogs were SHAVED BALD in the middle of winter. The two little guys were so traumatized for weeks because this grooming establishment doesn't know which blades to use for a winter cut.
