************* groomer and kennel was a nightmare .To say this is a **** poor job would be an understatement. The cut was incomplete or just shows the lack of skill. The blood on my puppys and my wifes hand is from the puppys nails being clipped. My wife had to take our puppy to PetSmart to stop the bleeding. Ill echo in a sense something said in another review. He said that if you care about your dog, dont bring them to this groomer. **** ***** so correct. I should have read your review before hand
Do not take your dog here. The house smells like cigarettes and the owner was drunk when I dropped my dog off. I regret leaving him there. Since picking him up around 2pm my dog has been asleep. That is completely against his nature. He has never acted this way after boarding. The “kennels” are literally cages inside her garage. She would not let me walk back there when I picked my dog up today. Completely unprofessional and a disgrace in my opinion. Places like this should be shut down.
RecommendedHome with the kids again. Bow Wow is the best‼️ The kids are clean and shiny with nails cut. Just one problem...I think Handsome has a crush on Ms D and doesn’t seem so happy to be here with us as he was last week.😂🤣😂🤣 I told him to not bite his nails and I can take him back to see her for grooming❣️
I use Bow Wow to groom my cats and Deena does a fabulous job. Love her services.
5 Stars Deania has been grooming and boarding my dogs for over 20 years. Always has very accommodating when making appointments and has maintained reasonable rates over the years. I know they have been in good hands when I return to bring them home. Wouldn't go anywhere else...

Started taking my kids since about 2006. Since then a total of six have gone though her doors. The Bow Wow Lady, as I refer to her, has ALWAYS given 100% to them all. Some have needed medicine or special meals and their care transferred to her without change. She once called me in CO to report my Duke’s seizures. She wanted me to know she even tried to help him by changing the room temperature. I will never forget that call.
