We were delighted to work with Frank at Bow Valley Kitchens. He was patient throughout the design phase for our kitchen and bathrooms, advising us patiently along the way. Terrible customer service. I reached out to get a kitchen installed and was met with delays, poor communication, and zero follow-through. After multiple calls, I still didn’t get a proper quote or timeline. I ended up going with another company. Complete waste of time—wouldn’t recommend.
