Used BVCM for emergency weekend service on a complex high-velocity AC system. Ivan understood the complex system immediately, made several on-the-spot adjustments to improve efficiency. He was clearly experienced with complex venting and airflow systems and saved significant diagnostic time. Billing was straightforward and exactly as quoted, down to the dollar. No "travel charge" to Canmore. Our first call moving forward.

BVCM wont get back to you and lead you on as if they can do the job for weeks/ months. Every time you call its the same story and you get their AI chat bot. I ended up using a company out of Calgary and wouldn't recommend bothering with companies in the Bow Valley like this. The least they could do is tell me they didn't want the job.
