We had our furnace and humidifier cleaned and maintained by Bow Valley Climate Management, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and care. The technician was incredibly thorough, he took the furnace apart piece by piece and even wiped everything down (yes, with Fantastic!). He brought the blower fan upstairs to show me a concern, walked me through it, and we figured it out together, which I really appreciated.
