We had an appointment to service and winterize the boat. More than 2 weeks later, the boat hasn’t been touched and Jake won’t respond to my texts or calls. We are repeat customers and have had a great experience until this year.
Great place! Knowledgeable and does Great Work
Let me begin by making it clear that had we just been communicated to at all and truthfully, there would be absolutely no issue here. However, that was certainly NOT the case. We took our boat in on july 8th. We were told while still at Bow and Stern, that if the issue was what Jake that thought it was, it should take no time at all to fix, 2 weeks max. Horrible communication, will just straight up ignore you as a paying customer with your boat sitting there for weeks!
