They were very helpful when we brought the boat back it, but the Catalina 36 is not in great shape. The main was too difficult to raise. And the first time we used the winless, it did not work at all when the anchor was truly dug in-even though we did the appropriate maneuvers. The chain was slipping and was not because of any kinks. My husband had to pull it in by hand and injured his hands. It seems neither of these has been tested recently. The sink did not drain. We chartered a sailboat through Bow to Stern for a several day adventure on the Neuse and the ICW and they excelled in every aspect of the service. Good communication without feeling overbearing. Reliable and well-kept equipment. Great local knowledge and direction. They listened to what we wanted to get out of our family vacation and they worked to make sure that we found what we were looking for.
