Nick provided a free estimate to replace my 18 year old water heater before it failed. He explained the work involved and how long it should take. Bow Tie Plumbing's estimate was not the lowest that I got, but based on their BBB profile and other reviews, I chose Bow Tie Plumbing. I am very satisfied with the work performed. The bill was exactly what was estimated. There were no surprise fees or add-ons. The work was completed in the time estimated. I recommend Bow Tie Plumbing based on my experience.
Bow Tie Plumbing did a fantastic job with my plumbing. When we bought the house, the plumbing had never been worked on since the ****s. ****** and his crew redid the entire plumbing. They answered all my questions and concerns throughout the process and were very precise with their work. Now, everything runs so smoothly, and I dont have to worry about anything messing up. They are a company you can trust!!
I needed help in a hurry and even though I was on the far side of town BowTie Plumbing said they would hel. The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable and informed me of what was happening every step of the way! I will use the company again and have preferred them to multiple friends. Excellent service!
