Wonderful theater experience, clean and comfy. I only have one suggestion for the Westfield Annapolis Mall location, you need to clarify about access and parking for customers who will be attending showings after mall closing. I did not find anywhere on the mall site or theater site about this. After discovering a few mall entrances were closed I approached mall security who informed me that I should park at the second level of the red garage and I would find the theater entrance on that level.
The theater was clean no problems there. Water was4.50 a bottle that is outrageous. They need more help.
This place has very good potential. Provided management can keep the young, rude, punks under control.
So far I'm not impressed. I have yet to visit the theater since the upgrades. Tried to purchase tickets online with this new seating chart and it was a total fail. It assigned me 4 seats, I entered my credit card, then it said the system was not able to process my request at this time. I went back to see if the seats were there and they were gone. I checked my credit card and it was charged then reimbursed. But now the movie is sold out unless you want the front row. My husband called the theater and was put on hold for ten ... read more
