This is a go to stop for me on Tuesday when they have their 6$ movie day. Makes it easily affordable to take my mini me's, 5$ popcorn is an extra bonus. The employees are always polite. They've held opened doors when I have my kids hands, a bucketfull of popcorn and drinks in tow. Immediatly after every show I've watched the cleaning crew come thru. Reason for the well kept screening areas. The only pitfall are the seats.. It makes for a very long and uncomfortable movie
When you have a big premier at 10:00am and people get there early to get a seat the concession stand should be up and running. We got there at 9:15 and had to go to our seats and then come back out with kids to get snacks. It should have been open at 9:00 for convenience.
Extremely disappointed there is no signage or picture area for the Beauty and the Beast Movie. It's such a huge movie with great pictures to be taken. I was told you don't do it for movies that are currently showing, but I've seen it done before. � This is something you should look into especially for a movie that kids and adults are lined up to see.
Bowtie Annapolis Mall is my go to place to see movies. It's always clean and the seats are comfortable. The cost to see a movie and get food at the concession stand is about the same as the other theaters in the surrounding area. AND it's in the mall, so its like a bonus.
Management should give their teenage employees a lesson in manners. Went up to the concierge table to buy tickets. The young man said nothing to me. No greetings or anything. I told him what I wanted and gave him my card number and he said, "You don't get nothing." meaning no free sodas since I didn't have any points. Exchanged money and tickets and he said nothing else. Just had a sour looking face and didn't even look at me.
Loved it.... all the old x-men are dead but we have bew ones

I love this theater. The staff is nice and the theaters are always clean.
Bow Tie Cinema is a family friendly theatre that cares! I forgot my winter gloves after a late movie and the staff had already collected and safely stored them in the lost and found. Thank you to Drew, Carlos and Brandon! Did I mention the great customer service at the concession stand? Mia took my order for popcorn and made me feel welcome to enjoy the show. The cinema is large, clean and the seats are comfortable. I will definitely return for a fun time at this great local theatre!
