Love the kiosk upstairs for ticket purchases. Parking was great too.
I feel it's expensive for the experience you get. The floor is sticky half the time, the other half the popcorn tastes like it's been left out for a while and the soda is flat. Most the staff is ok. One experience that I will never forget is watching a horror film and randomly seeing something out of the corner of my eye. Soon I realized it was a mouse that was running on top of the seats! I don't go too the movies often, but usually when I do, it is to take advantage of their Tuesday night cheap movies and popcorn. Always have a good experience there.
Theater was very clean. It was early in the day but staff was courteous.
Great movie. Me n my sister saw "don't breathe". Employees standing around talking to eachother while we waited to be helped. Was unprofessional. Popcorn was cold and looked burnt. For spending 20 on drinks n popcorn i expected better. Was not fresh at all. was very warm and had a muggy feeling in theater
I have never been so livid with an establishment as much as Annapolis Mall Movie Theater I took my son who is 6 to see Zootopia today March 22,2016 for a 4 pm showing first, your employees rather stand around and talk amongst each other while we waited there then an employee her name is Chloe who was talking to another employee once again decides to call who ever they were talking about " A fucking asshole" again while my 6 yr was in ear shot (not cool as he knows what bad language is and told me mommy that girl said a bad w... read more
Shame on you Bow Tie. 2 hrs on a sold out (Dead Pool) show and you did not run the Air Conditioning! ? Im glad people chewed your ears out. Can only hope many see our discontent before you remove this note. Annapolis Mall Bow Tie, shame on you! Hope you enjoy the extra buck on pop corn
Clean friendly and great pop corn.
The theaters are always clean. The staff are always friendly. The managers are helpful with any problems. But the popcorn is the worst I have ever had.
