Updating to 1 star after several inches of hair broke off do to the large sections pulled into extremely tight braids. I received knotless braids and ran into several issues. I would not recommend this salon for knotless braids or if you’re trying to maintain the health of your hair. Throughout my service I continuously said they were braiding too tight and the stylist could not adjust. This salon is unprofessional and disorganized in a way I've genuinely never experienced before. I booked a 10am appointment for medium knotless braids with a Fulani flip-over/cornrow front, hair provided (paid extra), butt-length. I arrived exactly at 10am, and the stylists and the owner showed up at the exact same time I did. Not before me. At the same time. My hair always looks so great when I leave this salon! They are very friendly and truly ensure that you get the vision you are looking for. It’s so easy to book and the salon itself is a great atmosphere. Started coming here when I moved and was in search of a new braider who does a lot of boho braids. The hair ages so well. I can easily wear it for 2 months, and still get compliments that far in! I made the right choice and haven’t looked back :)

My braids were stiff, they could barely get my middle part right, they ripped my hair so many times when trying to “untangle it” (when it was blown out and not tangled at all). I tried to tell her twice to please stop. I was kind and gave feedback afterwards- not asking for a refund or discount. I received a weak response with barely any accountability.
