Dr Robin Goodfellow is absolutely the best vet. She treats all of our cats as her own, and is very good about explaining everything in detail.
A big thanks to Dr. Maclise and Sophie for making Weasel feel like a VIP in the exam room. This old dude really appreciated getting fixed up so he could still enjoy a bit of his vacation. Good thing we started travelling with a bike trailer/stroller for this elderly fella. Front end team was so awesome to get Weasel squeezed in short notice. Thank you all!
I cannot thank the staff of Bow River Veterinary Centre enough for going above and beyond in assisting my dog Milo after he was attacked. We were not even clients of the clinic, and they still were able to accommodate us and stayed late to make sure Milo was cared for. If I lived closer, wouldn’t hesitate to make Bow River our vet. Thank you.
Such wonderful staff in the front & back. They always give professional advice and genuinely care for our pup. Penny is always happy for her vet visits!
My experience here has been amazing. I switched vets and brought my puppy here after she got very sick at around a month they were supportive and attentive to both her and me. Because of them my puppy LOVES the vet! Very reasonable pricing as well, they help you find a good price which is really refreshing. Highly recommend.
