The website reads "Safe, Affordable, Easily Accessible." My experience with them was neither of the 3! We occupied a unit situated at the end of a row that had a 4" deep channel on the side that collected water. Neither my movers or I realized it, so some of our wooden items (bed posts, spare lumber, chair legs) were placed into this channel.
