I called to see if they’d accept my dogs for boarding and the lady on the phone said she wasn’t interested and to have a good day. If that’s how they treat people on the phone I’d hate to see how they treat the pets. Disgusting and terrible customer service
i knew this place 20 years ago. It is still as run down now as it was then. They need to update and clean.
Our Biggie Smalls came out perfect. I highly recommend them as they did a fantastic job for us. We will be back soon.
Our little boy, Biggie Smalls, looked like a Woolybooger when we brought him to Bow Meow. The owner and groomer were absolutely wonderful with him. They are courteous, caring and professional. I barely recognized Biggie when I saw him after! I was worried, as it was his first grooming, that he would misbehave or be traumatized. Boy, was I wrong! He loved the pampering and actually demands us to be more "hands-on". On a scale of 1 - 5, I would definitely give them a 10. Thank you. We'll be back!
My daughter thought we let a toddler groon our dog. Horrible. My beautiful Aussie looks absolutely ridiculous. We have had Brody groomed at Bow Meow in the past and were very happy with his cut. If your groomer is unfamiliar with how to cut an Aussie they should have been professional and advised us. You should never shave an Aussie! And worst of all she gave him what she called a lion's cut. If I wanted a lion I would own a cat.
