Great staff good service
Service always finds a way to price gouge you and the old guy and the young lady both are impolite. 1 hour diagnostics labour to inspect faulty battery and another 1/2 hour to install a new? The whole job takes less than 10 minutes. Labour costed more than the battery. Take your car to a local mechanic.
This dealership consistently performs work without customer consent, resulting in hundreds in unexpected charges for diagnostics and services not requested. I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue, and they added unauthorized services, then billed me for them. When I questioned the charges, the service department staff, specifically the young lady, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their attitude makes it clear they don’t care about customers. I can’t recommend this place.
But was losing antifreeze out of overflow tank technician said it wasn't holding pressure well I got overflow tank changed somewhere else it had two cracks in it now it holds pressure as got new overflow tank. But bow mar didn't even think to take overflow tank off and check it out bow mar figured head gasket was gone so they took engine apart and I believe once they got down to head gasket they found out it was still good but since they ordered everything they had do the work and charged me almost $3600 bucks. Misdiagnosed a vehicle issue on an elderly couples vehicles to sell a new car. My grandparents had a problem with their car and took it to Bow Mar where they were told the head gasket was blown. Thankfully they took it for a second opinion and found out it was simply a faulty thermostat. Bow Mar almost turned a simple fix into an easy sale and trade in for themselves to make extra $$$. Disgusting and disgraceful business practices. Buyers beware.
