Very clean and friendly staff
My phone was left on one of the machines at the rec center. I called to see if a phone had been turned in. It had not but soon after that call one of the staff members called me to say a phone had been turned in. After requiring a detailed description of the phone she replied it was my phone and they would have it at the front desk. I deeply appreciate their help. I found the facility to be clean and welcoming.
My daughters birthday was held there, and we we're super excited due this being our go to family location for years. Some stuff I was unaware of due to me letting dad handle things but Cynthia introduced herself as soon as I walked in, explained everything and was extremely helpful when I arrived to get the kids to the pool. She definitely help us out a lot and was very professional. We were aware of getting out the room at 4pm but we ran over 5 minutes getting things on the cart and assisting two Elders with walkers 🤷🏾♀️... read more
