Worst Rec center in Virginia Beach. Rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff.
I go swimming once a week very nice
While the staff was kind and courteous, there appeared to be a lack of clarity regarding the rules about where children are permitted with a life vest. It also seemed that the lifeguards, though present, were not fully informed of their responsibilities. On multiple occasions, I received conflicting or incorrect information, which led to concerns about safety and confidence in the staff’s preparedness.
