Excellent care and boarding services from Dr. Schell and her caring and enthusiastic team who patiently answer questions and take such good care of my pet. My dog Ozzy literally runs to the door when ever we have an appointment or even when walking by the clinic. I like the alternative therapies, the timely notices for appointments and medications and the way the Team makes Ozzy and I feel welcome when we are there. Excellent care is provided here.
I am beyond disappointed and angry with the care my mother’s elderly cat received here. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and kidney disease and was clearly suffering — not eating, unable to walk, and with white/pale gums. Instead of being honestly guided about his prognosis or referred to a clinic that performs euthanasia, my mother was sent home with nearly $900 worth of treatment that realistically was never going to help him in his condition. I can’t say enough about the team at Bow Bottom Veterinary. When my dog had an emergency, they responded immediately and handled everything with such professionalism and care. What stood out most was how they supported me through the experience—it truly meant a lot. The follow-up for the the Doctor within two hours was above and beyond. I’m so grateful they were there for us in such a difficult moment. Truly grateful for their compassion and efficiency. Ziggy appreciates everything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
