This clinic is amazing! The staff are so great to deal with and are so caring. When I bring my Frenchie in for care, she is treated like a little princess. They give her a little snack of fruit and veggies and lots of liver bite treats. Dr. Schell is so awesome and really takes the time to explain things. She does everything that she can to make the experience as comfortable as it can be for your pet. She also owns French Bulldogs so she knows them well, I have complete trust in her knowledge and longtime experience.
Very knowledgeable and super nice
Excellent care and boarding services from Dr. Schell and her caring and enthusiastic team who patiently answer questions and take such good care of my pet. My dog Ozzy literally runs to the door when ever we have an appointment or even when walking by the clinic. I like the alternative therapies, the timely notices for appointments and medications and the way the Team makes Ozzy and I feel welcome when we are there. Excellent care is provided here.
I am beyond disappointed and angry with the care my mother’s elderly cat received here. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and kidney disease and was clearly suffering — not eating, unable to walk, and with white/pale gums. Instead of being honestly guided about his prognosis or referred to a clinic that performs euthanasia, my mother was sent home with nearly $900 worth of treatment that realistically was never going to help him in his condition. We have been taking our pets to Bow Bottom for over 20 years and always had good care. Dr. Schell is an amazing vet. Laura and Katie are always helpful and go the extra mile
