I am an ex-employee from many years ago, Dale and Bow Arbour Electric... Have alway's been fair and professional. His company has excellent standards and it is a great opportunity for apprentices to learn a lot in a quick time period. Like any trade it has drawbacks look before you leap peeps...And come prepared! Bow Arbor does great work!

Terribly unprofessional. Company refuses to return my calls and owners voicemail is always full. Been waiting for answers for over a month so I gave up and found a new contractor.
Avoid Bow Arbour Electrical and Dale Harms at all costs. I was a former employee with Bow Arbour and am here to warn anybody thinking of working for them. They are dishonest and will rip you off on your final pay cheque. I got tired of the horrible management, lack of tools, materials, and lack of health benefits. I informed Dale that I was quitting and gave him notice. It has now been 2 months and I have still not received my final cheque.
