Went with my nephew to have will probated. Lawyer rate is $275 per hour. They seem very professional and helpful. The office is hard to find in the complex that they are in. Parking is free but a little bit of a walk to the office. Receptionist is very nice and helpful. Convenient location just north of NLB on Hwy. 9.
After firing an incompetent attorney that was representing me in a long and torturous divorce, I decided on BKB&M and ultimately Alan Meincke as my lead attorney. Alan was timely, level headed and able to finally bring the divorce to a closure with good advise along the way. If I have troubles in the future, he will get a call....
To whom in may concern: If you are reading these reviews it is because you are considering hiring Alan to represent you. I can assure that you are making the right choice. I had a difficult case and he owned it from the beginning. He showed and proved to be very knowledgeable and effective. Unfortunately, we had to go to a Jury Trial and it was not my choice.
