I go by there a lot but will never ever give you my business for locking people outside during a tornado! That is so wrong me I will let everyone I know know this too!

Apparently the people that work here think it's appropriate to lock people out of their store during heavy thunderstorms/tornadoes and make fun of them for trying to seek shelter during a storm. Mothers and children locked out of a safe shelter purposefully as the employees laughed and taunted them. SHAME ON EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THIS BUSINESS. This behavior is the very definition of inexcusable. You people are trash.

I see from your web page that you pride yourselves on excellent customer service, yet you lock out families with children during a tornado. Before you site policy on locking your doors to the community that pays your bills consider this... those families weren't seeking medical attention or hotel accommodations they just NEEDED some place safer than a car for their families during a tornado. I will never spend another penny in your store and will make sure everyone knows what a heartless business owner you are.

This is so sad lock ppl out in BAD WEATHER !! Shame on ya'll I pray this hurts this business to the point of closing down . The ppl that spends there hard earned money in your store you can just turn your back on them shame shame on you

Any company who would lock a customer and her child out when a tornado was reported in the area... would not let them in does not need to be supported. Thats pretty dang sorry.
