Bovellas worked direct with my wedding venue so we didn’t shop around but we could not have been happier they were chosen for us! The tasting was amazing and they gave us so much confidence our cake would be perfect. On my wedding day I didn’t see the cake until the reception and I remember just stopping and staring! Was there on Sunday and the overall experience was not good. Service was horrible. Had 3 servers and none of them seem to know anything on the menu. One told us to go to the bakery window for questions. Also could not get a flavored coffee because they ran out and this was at 3:00. And I never got my dessert so I cancelled the order. Not going back anytime soon!!! So disappointing. �
Stopped in with 2 friends and everything was so fresh and delicious, we wanted everything in there so hard to choose.
What a let down !!! Just went after they posted all these picture about their milkshakes !! We went waited almost 15 minutes ( mind you no one was in the place )to be seated then waited about another 10 minutes for a waiter to come over just to tell us THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MILKSHAKES !!!! They ran out !! Total CRAP !! How you run out of milkshake ingredients!! After posting on your Facebook about milkshakes . And on top not even a sorry or anything just no milkshakes .Well you BLEW IT for us WE WONT BE BACK !
