Extremely unethical and unprofessional. Mr. Bovarnik held onto child support arrears that my ex won in a settlement, where Mr. Bovarnik was his lawyer. Months had passed since the settlement was paid. I contacted Mr. Bovarnik questioning where my children's money was. Two days later it magically appears in the child support system. Strange coincidence.
Paul is an excellent professor of law and a very good person, He helped us settle are case and was ready to go to trial if need be?He is a very good negotiator and his skill and thought process is unequaled in this line of work. I was very glad to have Paul helping us and I more happy to get to know him as a person.
