Oh my gosh. I don’t where to begin. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. By the way I’ve been ordering online for at least 11 years but this was my first time in the store. The staff provided word class customer service, from the time I walked in until the time I left. I went to purchase my 2 favorite matte lipsticks, Vamp and Award Show. The lipsticks are high quality and long lasting. I have been an 18 year customer of Bovanti and I’m still a satisfied customer! I’ve watched the company grow while also maintaining excellent customer service, quality products, and also offer awesome makeup tutorials! I have ordered everything from the skincare products, to the foundations sticks, to the powder, to nearly every lip color, make up pallets and brushes, and even the brow booster. Award show plus the red glitter is my fav! I always feel like a diva rockstar in Bovanti!

I was excited do to a makeover for a wedding event.. I made an appointment over the phone they said is $75 for a make over. went in the lady took an hour, she barely let me look at the mirror. I didn’t not like my make up, but did not complain cause obviously I went to the wrong place, but I paid she took my payment without confirming how much, then I asked for a makeup remover and removed it all there 😪..I was mad and late. went home check my account she charged me $82 😠
