I have been a customer for decades. I had surgery in the early 1980's. I am dependent on the medical supplies I receive from Bouvier. Sheila Wilson has been a tremendous contact person for me. Sheila is an insurance expert. She is also reliable, courteous, compassionate and professional. In addition Shelia's customer service skills are magnanimous. In my opinion, she could teach these very important skills to others in any organization. Sheila Rocks!
